Q11.1: How can I do this correctly?
Question One
Everyone has an answer but not all answers are valid.
In some ways it could be said that this is the least important of the 11 questions.
It is true that most of the details can be deciphered by the other 10, however it is always important to gain an understanding of undocumented stakeholder expectations.
Remember that even the smallest projects can require input from multiple stakeholders to gather the full story.
