If inaction is critical, it must be known and clearly understood.
This is a key question that can cover multiple areas. The first thing it does is help determine the value and priority of the feature or function under test, within the overall solution.
It provides a clearer understanding of the business workflow, allowing a tester to make a more educated call on test case coverage.
It also improves a tester’s ability to script based on usability. They can cover the system response when an action is not taken rather than just done incorrectly, and validate how a user is informed.

Select the Level
The first step is to decide the test level you would like to apply the Q11 to. The most common levels are Acceptance, System, Integration, Unit.

Choose the Persona
Select one of three persona types to use when detailing the answers – Newbie, Experienced, Expert. The persona helps to keep the answers targeted and relevant.
