Q11.10: How small or short or early can this be?
Question Ten
Understanding the minimum means the bar can be set correctly from the beginning.
The larger the solution, the more critical this question becomes, as you will almost certainly have internal customers to consider.
Minimums must be aligned at every step as data flows through the system, to avoid critical errors.
This can be a surprisingly sneaky question. For example, often fields will be coded to cover no value entered, but fail to consider that someone may enter a negative value.
