Q11.11: How many times can I do this?
Question Eleven
Understanding the needs around repeatability can often produce surprising answers.
Repeatability questions not just system and performance expectations, but also user behaviour.
When considered in its broadest terms, the answers to this question are critical inputs for determining the architecture of a system.
The importance of this question is not limited to direct answers, as sometimes it is simply not possible. What can suffice however is an understanding of the end user expectations, their workflows, typical data and the situations within which repeatable behaviour may be necessary, or beneficial.
