Q11.2: How can I do this incorrectly?
Question Two
What not to do is just as important as what to do.
In my experience this question above all others identifies the most errors in products and gaps in requirements.
This question specifically demands that you look beyond the happy flow and general desired behaviour.
You want to understand what happens when someone is trying to do the right thing, but in the wrong way.

How it works
A SIMPLE PROCESS TO DRIVE QUALITY
01
Select the Level
The first step is to decide the test level you would like to apply the Q11 to. The most common levels are Acceptance, System, Integration, Unit.
02
Choose the Persona
Select one of three persona types to use when detailing the answers – Newbie, Experienced, Expert. The persona helps to keep the answers targeted and relevant.
03
Start Mapping
Start writing and mapping your requirements and tests to the eleven questions, promoting a quality-driven approach throughout your organisation.
