Q11.3: When can I do this?
Question Three
Workflows should guide, not just restrict users.
This question is where we start thinking about workflows and pre-conditions. This is also where we start to think about usability.
Workflows are important as they can normally provide guidance for users, helping them to find the right answers and avoid mistakes.
If the workflows are not clear however, they can seem like random, invisible barriers that do nothing but bring frustration and annoyance, getting in the way of someone trying to just get the job done.

How it works
A SIMPLE PROCESS TO DRIVE QUALITY
01
Select the Level
The first step is to decide the test level you would like to apply the Q11 to. The most common levels are Acceptance, System, Integration, Unit.
02
Choose the Persona
Select one of three persona types to use when detailing the answers – Newbie, Experienced, Expert. The persona helps to keep the answers targeted and relevant.
03
Start Mapping
Start writing and mapping your requirements and tests to the eleven questions, promoting a quality-driven approach throughout your organisation.
