Q11.5: Who can do this?
Question Five
Understanding administrative needs can be key to ensuring a long product shelf-life.
I am sure anyone reading this has had conversations where user roles were summed up with a “yeah… we’ll just do what we do now” , or “sure we will definitely want those users to have access…”, without any further clarifications.
This question tends to slip down the priority list at the slightest bit of project pressure, until the phone rings and a client is screaming down the line that their customers can now edit their invoices before making a payment!
